These sliders remind me of another slider I usually make, but with bacon and ranch and your leftover turkey...you CANNOT go wrong!

These mashed potato stuffing patties look delicious! I feel like I can just taste how good they are just by looking at them! I am definitely trying this one this year!

Mashed Potato & Stuffing Patties

My family loves quesadillas! This is a great idea to use turkey and cranberries! They look fantastic and easy! I would probably skip the sage and use flour tortillas (just because of my family's preferences), but if you are looking for the healthier version and like whole wheat tortillas, go for it!

These leftover ideas have actually gotten me EXCITED about having Thanksgiving leftovers!! (Who ever says that?) I think these look delicious and easy to make, and there is a variety, so one of them has to please someone in your family! I would love to know if any of you try one of these and how it turns out. AND, if you make any alterations to them (which I have a habit of doing!) please let me know!
