HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL GET WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THE BALANCING ACT
A 45 minute initial assessment will be completed before we ever start your plan, so that I can get to know you and know what your goals are. We will review past and present eating habits and health issues. We will also discuss any obstacles that you feel may be standing in your way. We will also jot down some quick goals that you are working towards.
5 NUTRITION CONUSLTING SESSIONS (30 MINS EACH):
After your initial assessment we will have 5 nutrition counseling sessions that are at least 30 minutes each, over 3 months. In these follow up sessions we will look at your usual intake and work together to make small changes that you can continue on your own. We will take into account your lifestyle and preferences and come up with meal ideas specifically for you. These will be baby steps to get you started on your path to feeling great. We will start to change your relationship with food and never use the "d" word again - diet!
UNLIMITED EMAIL ACCESS:
You will have unlimited email support from me throughout this 3 month program. I will be available for any and all of your questions so you will not have to wait until our next counseling session if you need an answer to a burning question.
I will give you the tools that you need to complete food diaries, meal plans and goals.
