HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL GET WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THE LAUNCH PLAN
A 45 minute initial assessment will be completed before we ever start your plan, so that I can get to know you and find out what your goals are. We will review past and present eating habits and health issues. We will also discuss any obstacles that you feel may be standing in your way. We will outline some quick goals that you may have.
2 NUTRITION CONUSLTING SESSIONS (30 MINS EACH):
After your initial assessment we will have 2 nutrition counseling sessions that are at least 30 minutes each, over 1 month. During these follow up sessions, we will check on your progress toward goals that we have established in the initial session. We will review your typical food intake and come up with meal and snack ideas just for you. I will address any questions or concerns that you may have in order to help you stay on track.
UNLIMITED EMAIL ACCESS:
You will have unlimited email support from me throughout this 1 month program. I will be available for any and all of your questions so you will not have to wait until our next counseling session if you need an answer to a burning question.
I will give you the tools that you need to complete food diaries, meal plans and goals.
